When ProBikeKit reached out to us about spending some time with their Team PBK-Santini kit, we didn’t hesitate to jump at the chance. And we know it may sound silly to get excited over a jersey, but based on our previous experience with Santini products, we had little doubt the PBK jersey would be quickly become a favorite in the closet.

The PBK jersey starts with a lightweight, sweat wicking fabric paired with mesh paneling down the sides. The materials are then cut to a pro fit, resulting in a jersey that hugs your body throughout but does not retain heat. The arms, neck, and bottom all fit tight without restricting movement. This resulted in one of the most form fitting, yet comfortable jerseys we have ever worn.

We wore the PBK jersey on rides ranging from 81° F to 59° F.  In warmer temperatures we never felt stifled or overly damp. Even in high humidity the jersey transferred moisture well. The lower temperatures required a base layer, but even with a second layer the jersey still fit comfortably.

If you are looking for a new jersey (especially with the holidays close at hand) you can never go wrong with Santini. And the Team-PBK Santini is everything we would expect from such a great partnership. So was it right to be excited about a jersey? You bet it was!
