This may be one of the toughest training weeks of the year for our United States readers. For most of us, we are deep into the off season. Add Thanksgiving to the mix and the result is that getting onto the bike this week has definitely not been the easiest of activities. But train we must, and train we did.
On Monday we shared our first look at the EdgeGear SHIFT Watch Band – a band designed to change the way you look at your watch by moving your watch from your wrist to the top of your hand between your thumb and pointer finger.

Pearl Izumi Men’s P.R.O. Aero LS Jersey
The temperature is finally dropping in South Florida, so we got a chance to ride with the Aero LS Jersey. With temperatures in the high 60s, the LS was a perfect riding companion. It helped get the core warm early on but didn’t cause us to over heat.
GoPro HERO4 Session
The GoPro Session has been a regular riding companion the past few weeks. The small form factor is a big plus for us—not just for riding, but for easily grabbing it from our back pocket for quick shots.
Recon Jet
We really are surprised just how easy the Jet is to wear. We had initially thought the display would be a distraction, but thankfully that’s never been the case. Our one and only issue so far is that the display does block some of your vision over your right-hand side. We notice it most when passing someone and looking to get back in the lane.
