Races may not be our thing here at Aerogeeks – but when Ironman Miami 70.3 has its bike course just a few miles from Aerogeeks HQ we figured an exception was in order. We spent Saturday checking out the bikes in transition as well as checking in one of our bikes as well (yes an AG editor was on course!) Like last year the bikes on Saturday were mostly age groupers as the pros hadn’t racked yet. But that didn’t stop us from seeing some amazing setups including a few we KNOW had to be AG readers. Check out our gallery below and stay tuned for our big gallery from the turnaround later this week!
The always fast Felt DA (we had incorrectly called this an IA!)
Cervelo P5 with the new for 2015 matte red paint job
Cervelo P2 built up with Di2
A FLO wheel setup on the P2 (seems like an AG reader to us!)
The Canyon of Leanda Cave
Kona tag still on
A Torhans up front for Leanda
Leanda was also running a Pioneer powermeter
Loved the graphics on this Shiv
Who says you need to have the latest and greatest?
Not the first time we have seen a remarked “Bontrager” disc
Is this an AG editors bike racked and ready to go?
You don’t find too many Slice RS’s in the wild
We loved how the bike matched the magenta XLAB Torpedo

That P5 new paint-job looks quite sweet. Amazing the difference in how it looks compared to the (mostly indoor) photos from Interbike, Eurobike etc. – also interesting to note that the new owner already replaced the HED wheelset for ZIPPs.
Thanks for the photos.
