Happy Cyclo de Mayo!
This has been a huge week for AeroGeeks and the AeroGeeks team. Most important was the addition of our newest (and littlest) AeroGeek, Tejay. Mike and Tracy could not be more excited about getting their little guy home and start him training for his first Ironman sometime in 2031.
Mid-week we also celebrated the 50,000 view of the site. Thank you everyone for making AeroGeeks such a success in just a few short months. We are continually blown away by the amazing response and feedback we have gotten.
When not celebrating the arrival of Tejay and hitting 50K, the team was hard at work keeping up to date with the latest industry releases and also providing thoughts on both the Tri.7 and Betty Designs Spring Lineup (just in time for those last minute Mother’s Day presents).
This Week’s Posts
Tuesday – Dash Cycles Tri.7 – Final Thoughts
Wednesday – Ultegra 6800 – First Look, Fuji Norcom Straight – First Look
Friday – Betty Designs Spring 2013 Line – First Look
Reader Rides (aka Geek Rides)
We are going to cheat this week and showcase a bike that’s not in our reader rides gallery, but rather is ridden by a friend of the AeroGeeks, Chris from Flo Cycling. His Cannondale Slice RS is a custom build with SRAM Red, Quarq S900, a PRO Missile Evo frontend, Adamo Race, and of course a set of Flo wheels. Hopefully he doesn’t mind us showcasing it here.
Remember if you want to have your bike featured on our Reader Rides page you can tweet us at @AeroGeeks, Facebook message us, or email us at info@AeroGeeks.com.

Our first look article is coming out this week, and we can’t wait to share our thoughts with you.
3. Vision Metron Crank
Devon continues to be amazed on how much stiffer the Metron crank is over Visions own TriMax Aluminum crank.

4. Flo Cycling Flo 30s
Mike is itching to get his chance to ride the 30s. The plan is for him to take him over to the south Florida hills (aka the garbarge dump) to see how they climb.

5. Torhans Aero System
The Torhans Aero 30 continues to be our go to bottle for our hydration needs. We still are amazed at what a simple but obvious idea it was to put a fairing on the straw.

Thanks for reading AeroGeeks and helping build the AG community. Always remember that our favorite reviews are the ones that you suggest. Let us know what you would like to see on our pages!
Keep up the info on the cool stuff. I’ll admit, I ride and race a recumbent, and that’s where I see myself staying for bike choice. But my second favorite stuff is the very cool tech-geek world of triathlon and time trial equipment. I may not have a use for the stuff you review, but damn do I like reading about it.
Thank Ian! We really do love getting the chance to share all of this with everyone. We have some great stuff coming up this week that we think you will really enjoy reading about.
